The way in which you use the items in your breakthrough package is up to you but here are some common usages:

If you need financial breakthrough, spray the water, put some of the oil on the handkerchief and put the handkerchief on or inside your wallet. Pray and declare that the four winds of heaven must locate you.

If you need healing, anoint your head with the oil, spray some of the water 3x in your mouth, and put the handkerchief on your body or carry it with you. Make declarations that by His stripes you are Healed.

If you are experiencing demonic dreams or visitations at night, spray your pillow with the water, anoint your head with the oil, and put the handkerchief in your pillow. Declare that No Demons can infiltrate your dreams or sleep in Jesus name.
