Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to the Bookstore Department via email at gabby@edcitronnelliministries.com or phone at 914-803-1050. You have 7 days from the day of delivery to make a claim about an issue of an order. Rules regarding returns apply. No exchanges can be made. Cancellations and refunds are available for defective or missing shop purchases, and duplicate payments. In order for cancellations or refunds to be processed, please reach out to the ECM Bookstore department immediately in order to process your request efficiently.
